HELP CENTER

Your help center already knows what you forgot to document.

Collections, versions, and locales on your own domain, with an AI assistant that answers in plain language and lists every article it drew from. Every search that returns nothing becomes a ranked list of what to write next.

Cited answers

Every AI answer lists the articles behind it, or says it does not know.

Deflection measured

See which articles close tickets and which quietly cause them.

Versions & locales

Per-product versions and languages on one domain.

ORGANIZE

Collections, versions, and languages without a second tool.

Organize articles into collections your customers can navigate, keep a v2 and a v3 of the same page alive at once, and translate into as many locales as you support — all on one domain with one theme.

  • Collections and nested categories with drag-and-drop ordering
  • Article versioning tied to your product versions
  • Per-locale translations with automatic language routing
  • Public, customer-only, or internal visibility per article

ANSWER

AI search that answers, then shows its work.

Semantic search understands "how do I add a zoom effect" without the article having to use those words. It answers in plain language and names every article behind the answer, so customers get resolution instead of ten blue links — and when your articles do not cover it, it says so instead of inventing a procedure.

  • Semantic search with a cited answer, not just keyword matching
  • Answers draw only on your published articles, never on outside guesses
  • Embed search in your app or support widget through the SDKs
  • Suggested articles surface inside the agent console while replying

CLOSE THE GAPS

Rank the whole library and the dead weight shows itself.

Sort every article by views, helpfulness, or tickets deflected and the picture is immediate — three getting-started pages doing all the work, six on scheduling that nobody has opened once. Put that next to the searches that returned nothing and the ratings customers left, and the queue of what to fix writes itself.

  • Rank every article by views, helpfulness, or deflection — highest or lowest first
  • Zero-result searches ranked by volume, not by who complained loudest
  • Per-article helpful and unhelpful ratings with optional comments
  • Feedback becomes a tracked request, attributed to the customer
The content report ranking every help center article by views, showing which collections earn traffic and which articles sit at zero.

WHO USES IT

What teams actually do with Help Center.

For support leads

Deflection you can prove

See which articles close conversations and which generate them, and show the ticket volume you avoided rather than asserting it.

For technical writers

A backlog ranked by real demand

Failed searches and unhelpful ratings tell you what to write next, in order, instead of guessing from the last loud complaint.

For growth

Support content that ranks

Help articles are indexable pages on your domain with structured data — for most SaaS companies they out-traffic the marketing site.

CONNECTED

Help Center plugs into everything else you run.

Everything writes to the same customer graph, and the tools your team already lives in read from it — no connectors to authorize, no sync to babysit.

FAQ

What teams ask about Help Center.

How does the AI search work?

It indexes your published articles and answers questions in natural language, always citing the articles the answer came from. It only draws on your content — it will say it does not know rather than invent an answer.

Can we gate articles to logged-in customers?

Yes. Visibility is per article: public, customer-only behind SSO or magic link, or internal for your team. A single help center can mix all three, with gated articles hidden from search for everyone else.

Does it support multiple languages?

Yes. Each article can carry translations for as many locales as you support, with automatic routing by browser language and per-locale URLs that index separately.

Can we migrate from Intercom, Zendesk, or Document360?

Yes. The importer brings articles, collections, images, and redirects, so existing links keep working. Redirect mapping is generated automatically to protect the SEO you have already earned.

Can we embed the help center in our product?

Yes. The SDKs ship a searchable help widget and headless hooks, so you can render articles inside your own UI, deep-link to a specific one from an error state, or open search from a keyboard shortcut.
